Making Double-CD jewel cases?

When I used to rent things from Blockbuster, I remember when you rented something that had more than one disc, they seemed to have a way of rubber-banding the two cd jewel cases together, so they opened like a book in a way.

I'm curious-does anyone have any ideas of how to make a good "double" jewel case for two CDs? They don't seem to just sell double jewel cases in the stores that I've looked.
