Lobster tails -

Cut the top of the shell, squeeze some fresh lemon on there. Drop in a little bit of butter. Wrap in foil. Slap them on the grill for about 20 minutes.

I've got a couple crab cakes that I'll foil and drop on there for about 10 minutes.

Serve with a side of garlic alfredo rice and summer squash.

My wife and I used to make this...

Take porkchops and cover each in some flour and pan fry each side until golden. Then pour in a small mixture of wine (white zinf or other sweet), worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Cook pork chops thoroughly. In another pan, melt some butter and cook up some sliced Portabello mushrooms then add them to the porkchops and wine mixture.

Serve with garlic mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli.

I don't know what level of cook you are but these two are easy -

a whole chicken breast when spread out forms, you guessed it, a heart shape
as does a ribeye sliced horizontally not quite all the way through and flattened out.

Grill either with whatever spices, marinades, rubs etc. you prefer.

i made the one in this thread with steaks and peppercorn sauce.

it came out really good, the only thing is, i did 6minutes on each side for medium, and when you are making the sauce, you might not even need to add salt, as mine was just right without adding any.

btw, is there a way of thickening sauce, i noticed mine was a little more watery than i would have liked.
