Making custom Winamp skins

I've got some pictures I'd like to make into Winamp skins. Is there a program that'll automatically convert them for me? Doing it manually looks like it would take a long time.

EDIT: Just to clarify, I'd prefer one that's free. Also, I'm using v2.95
