Making component cables

Is it easy and even worth making it yourself ie customize length ? i couldnt find any at 1ft.. just so I can clean up the av wires.

if so any good component crimper to get ?

i'd just buy them if you don't plan on making more cables. it would probably cost you more to buy all the terminals, wire, and crimper than just buying a cable.
