Making Bootable CD-ROM

guys and gals:

i've a little problem that i need your help. i've just downloaded the x86 version of apple's darwin project. 😀 it comes as an iso disk image which needs to be burnt onto a cd. once i've downloaded the gzip file, i decompressed it and try to burn it with my cd-rw. i've gotten an yamaha 4x4x16 cd-rw (yeah, i know, i'm gonna get a plextor scsi with burnproof soon ). on the software side, my os is win2k pro + sp2; i've both adaptec ez-cd tooster (creator) 4 and neo-burner 5.5.5.1.

thinking that the new neo-burner is quite good, i tried it first... i've no luck with the neo-burner - it keep telling me that i can't close the cd. then i tried using ez-cd creator. i managed to burn a copy of the file on the cd, but i can't get it to boot... i guess i haven't burn a bootable cd... but i can't figure out how to make burn a bootable cd using ez-cd... :|

can you guys help? much appreciated... 😉
