Making an INTERNAL compact flash reader on an Asus P4S333

Okay, here's the deal. I hate seeing my beige SanDisk Imagemate Compact Flash reader sitting on top of my new aluminum Lian-Li case, so I decided I want to rip it apart and make it an internal drive on one of the 3.5" drive bay covers. Mounting it to the alumnium is no problem, but I would prefer to not have to run the wire out the back of the case so it can be plugged into one of the USBs. There are five wires running from it. I don't have it here with me but I think the colors are red, green, white, and two black (one of the black wires looks like the sheilding stops as the wires enter the plastic sheathing of the cable).
My question is this: is there any way for me to connect this to the memory stick, or secure digital headers supplied on my Asus P4S333.

Why not just buy an IDE drive-bay PCMCIA Reader? That, and a $10 CF->PCMCIA adapter and you're all set. Plus it's much faster than USB.

i thought of that. i'm just trying to save some cash. plus, i don't have any free ide controllers available.
my last resort option is just to run the usb out the back of the case and plug it in. it's fine, but ugly.
i may hack it up and try it on the sd pins.

Well, I've got it built. I used one of my beautiful aluminum 3.5" drive bay covers, riveted an enclosure to the sides, cut the hole... oh it'll be sweet (I use CF all the time).
So, does anyone know if this can be connected to any of the headers on the Asus P4S333? I have a feeling I could connect it directly to a USB header. The cable coming from the reader has five wires: red, green, white, black, and another black that looks like it loses its shielding at some point. The cable also has one of those cylindrical jobs on it a few inches down the line. I have a feeling the unshielded one ends there. So, I think I could connect the other four wires to one of the USB headers on my mobo.
Now here's a question that would arise from this. There are two USB ports on the I/O portion of the mobo. There are headers for four more ports which I have connect to my four front USB ports. USB can be daisy-chained, right? So if i were to connect these wires directly to one of the headers on the mobo, I should be able to retain functionality of all four front ports.
Any thoughts?
