Making an i7 920 more stable, help!

My i7 920 is running at 3.6 seemingly well, and when I run the 'blend' and 'in place large fft's' tests in prime95 it runs them fine. However, when I run the maximum FPU test it only lasts 5 minutes before a BSOD. Temperature is not the problem as no core goes higher than 70C.

Here are my BIOS settings:

X.P.S Profile
CPU Voltage: 1.35V
QPI/DIMM Core: 1.28V
DIMM Voltage: 1.64V
BCLK: 180

What should I change to make it more stable?

i7 920 @ 3.6
ASUS P6T
GTX 285
1x6 GB Corsair XMS3 9-9-9-24 @ 1433

Thanks.

OK, thanks :). Also, should I bump the QPI if I bump the vcore? What does higher QPI mean in relation to vcore anyways?

Depending on the Batch of your chip, you may want to bump the PLL and QPI. At 3.6, I would push the pll to 1.84 and qpi up to 1.3 and give it a run.

Alright I seem to be stable at 3.6 by setting vcore to 1.36V and QPI to 1.3V. My PLL is on "Auto" in the BIOS. It may already be at or higher than 1.84, how would I check this?

Another thing to remember is that running without HT is less demanding on the system. The point I'm trying to make is that if you get stable for 4 cores, you will most likely need another bump to pull it off with HT enabled.
