Making all programs and games run without administrative privileges

Is it possible to have all my programs and games run in a limited account instead of giving it administrative privileges all the time ? Would this be worth while and safer from viruses ?

you can run them from a non admin account, and if the need for an admin account is there, right click on the .exe file for the game and select run-as, then enter your admin credentials.

you have to create a Restricted User account on your PC first, then setup Windows to boot to that account every time the system starts. and yes, running apps from Restricted accounts is safer. mechBgon, one of the Moderators here, has a site detailing the process. check it out
