Someone needs for me to make a Video CD from a VHS video tape so they can play the recording in their DVD player. I have an ATI Radeon 64MB DDR VIVO video card that has a video in connection and the ATI software needed to capture the video. My computer also has a CD-RW. How do I make a Video CD? Also, how many hours of video footage will fit on a standard CD-R disk? Thanks for any info you can give me.
