Making a USB boot disk WITHOUT a floppy drive!

ok, i know it can be done but i can't remember how i did it. I need to make a usb boot disk so i can run memtest but i don't even own a floppy and i have zero blank cd's!

Can't get it to work. For now I just want to make a simple 98 (or close to it) bootable USB drive I can toss Ghost.exe and Memtest.EXE onto. Why does that have to be so difficult!!!

Not sure if this would work, but if you have Vista, it provides a nearly fully functioning command prompt in the repair tools when you boot with the DVD. You could try running that, changing to the drive letter of the thumb drive, and then running your program from there.
