Back ground: Been going out with a girl for about 3 days now and she wants me to make her a techno/dance CD or 2. Tomorrow is her last day her so I want to give her a really good one. Please let me know if I need to drop any songs or if there are some I should get.

Songs:

Alice Deejay - Better Off Alone
Darube - Sandstorm (Club Version)
dj mystik - unchained melody rave
infected mushroom - acid killer
warp brothers - we will survive (club mix)
Infected Mushroom - Dream Theatre
Spook Goblin- [Kr] 5s2 4d10
blank & jones - dj culture
Darude - Feel The Beat
dj sammy - Heaven
Massive Attack - Angel
project antileon - Zero_Revealed
Kay Cee - Escape (Electro Mix)
Spook Goblin - Above Everything
Cosmic Gate - Exploration Of Space
Dj CIA III - Your Love Keeps Me Alive
future breeze - temple of dreams
paul oakenfold - Ready Steady Go
DJ Taka - Colors
Paul Oakenfold - Southern Sun

I was thinking of starting it with Ready Steady go and ending with the Warp Brothers but other than that I don't know about the order. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thank You
-J

Hahaha, does anyone else think it's funny that the first song on this CD for a new girlfriend is "Better Off Alone?" :D:beer:

BTW...if you're going to put Oakenfold on there, you might as well at least put Three Drives on a Vinyl or Gamemaster on it instead of something like Ready Steady Go.

wouldn't you want songs from Boys 2 Men be in there such as... "I'll make love to you.."
i think you would have a better chance at getting some than a techno cd...

Yea, its 2 CDs, both songs in the 70 minute range. Check out Lasgo - Alone and Lasgo - Pray. Girls seem to like those.

Definetely, definetely get (Ian Van Dahl -- Will I) and (Hannah -- Blinded) Girls love both songs. And they fit in with some of your other picks. The radio edit of both aren't too bad either if you want to fit a bunch of different songs on the cd. Any song off ATB movin melodies is a good choice too.

You must be crazy.

Daft Punk is pop electronica. Bleh.

You are calling Daft Punk pop electronica (which I'm not going to argue, since it somewhat is (most French music is)) in a derogatory manner, yet say nothing about a list of songs that include freaking Sandstorm, or any of the other various tripe? What the hell? That whole list is trash, save for Ready Steady Go, and that is only barely passable.

You want to give her a good CD? Download The Chemical Brothers Live At the Social Volume 1. While I hate crowning things the "best," I think this might be the most enjoyable 63-minute mix of music you will listen to.

At the very least it will be 63 minutes that you won't have to suffer through DJ Sammy.

Check out DJ Freeze-I Feel Waves.

I really like it, and I'm not much on techno music.
