Making a package for CentOS?

I battled a fight for compiling pigdin-sipe and got it working... is there any way I can make a package out of what I made? I don't really know if that's possible?

Yea and last time I looked at it, creating RPM .spec files is pretty simple. There's some info on rpm.org but I don't know if it's actually maintained. You could always download a source RPM for a simple package and check out it's spec file.
