making a new website to help the community. Can people give me suggestions?

A friend of mine asked me to make a website related to finding free info / deals online as well as hosting coupons online (such as scanned in retail hardcopies). I figured with the people here I might get some good ideas .

After talking to him we have come up with some ideas. I built the site and am looking for things to add to it. I have noticed alot of sites are not willing to host "scanned in" images of coupons and the such. I think we could do that for free as well as other types of things that most people wont. Mainly we just want to be a help and offer free services to help the community. So your input is very valued!

The main reason for bigger sites not wanting to host coupon scans and such is because it illegal from what I've read. It's called coupon fraud and lots of companies (especially online) are cracking down. Unless they give/send you the coupon personally, you can't use it is how they see it...
