Making a excel spreadsheet for inventory control with formulas ?

Guys

Im working on a spreadsheet for a little project of my own, that reflects on inventory.

What i am doing is on the inventory part i have two qtys. One that is starting qty, and one with remaining. I have these updated when something is sold. So the formula i am using right now reflects that.

What i am trying to do is have a formula set for the "sales" part. i.e i sold this instead of something else. So the formula for this, i.e =e10-e3 equals into f3(for qty left)

How can i have these formulas set for each product ? I have done this before, buts its been a good while and i have forgotten ! =( im not a power excel user.

Can we get an example spreadsheet? I'm assuming each row in the sheet is a line item?
