Making a duplicate copy of an OS, programs , etc from one HD to the other HD...

situation:

Qty 1 10 GB drive with almost all space taken up with OS and "programs"...
Qty 1 60 GB drive in 2 partitions with lots (approx 30 GB) space on 1 of the partitions.

Goal is to get an exact replica of the OS and programs over to the partition on the "big drive".

Is this possible? If so, how?

 
Yes, using drive imagine. Using a program such as Norton Ghost or <something> TrueImage. I prefer Ghost myself.
