Making a bootable windows CD (not slipstreaming)

Is ther anything that will let me just boot to windows from a cd and not touch the harddrive? Similar to knoppix, but with windows? I'm guessing not, but if there is, someone will know here.
 
Sure - it's called Windows PE. You can do something similar with Bart's PE. Google it, and you'll see what I mean. Bart's done a very good job, and it's pretty slick.
