making a bootable restore cd for win98... question

i made a ghost image of a freshly installed win98 partition, and i would like to make a bootable restore cd. i want to cd to be just popped it and have everything automated. now... to do this, do i just modify autoexe.bat and stick in the ghost command with the appropriate switches? thanx in advance!
