Making a boot menu on a CD

I'm wanting to make a CD or DVD or USB key with a bunch of bootable utility programs on it, such as Memtest86 and Dban's boot & Nuke. The problem is, I need a menu that comes up after the CD boots that lets me select which program. I have the iso files from the programs, and I can see what's inside the ISO's, but I need to know how or what kind of file I need to make to do the menu. Thanks.

I found such a program on downloads.com, not free, but free to try. I don't remember what the name is, but Cheetah comes to mind.

Any other ideas? I considered using the Ultimate boot CD...but I would rather have my own customization.
