Well I thought there was something in the start menu for making a boot disk, but not on mine I guess..? So would somebody please tell me how to make one!

Also, I am going to fdisk...I tried last night, but it says something about the partritions couldn't be locked? What does that mean? What am I going to have to do for going about an fdisk.

-Thanks

windows 98?

if so, start..settings...control panel...add/remove programs..then click on the "startup" disk tab and put in a floppy

once booted off the floppy, run "fdisk" and say "yes" to using large partition sizes and then hit "4" to view existing partitions and see what's there before you start truly fdisking your partitions
