Make Windows 2k Server act like Professional

There are some softwares out there, like InoculateIT, that'll only work on workstations. How can I make these run on my W2K Advanced Server? I tried that APcompat.exe that came on the cd but no luck. I also don't want to spend money on any server antivirus software since the computer is primarily a workstation.
