Make the wiki page official and add a permalink to it on each page

Many of the other tech forums have excellent wikis that give heaps of useful information, e.g. how computer works etc etc. We have lots of useful information here and we should all contribute to the wiki to make it available.

I think this is a great idea. We really should do it. It goes well with selecting mods that are met to be community leaders.
 
Its not something hard to do btw... just add a link on the same row as "Latest News: .....". How about having the link on that row and just to the left of "latest topics"?????????
