make new firefox tabs open with homepage?

like in IE7, there is a setting that says when you open a new tab, it opens to your homepage. so every new tab you open automatically opens to your homepage, not a blank page.

I don't think firefox has that setting. I'm using an extension called "New Tab Homepage" that does the job.
