My server has a Celeron 300A @ 496 i'm just wondering i want to make it quiet.

I think it might work with a big heatsink and no fan but does my overclocking generate to much heat?

If someone have a suggestion on a heatsink that should work please post it.

Not too sure if you should be overclocking a server...
Also the default fan on the 300A isn't very loud at all.
The PSU fan is loud enough to drown it out.

Coupla things... fan adapter from CPUFX will let you use a Panaflo 80MM high speed fan. It pushes more air and is 16DBA quieter than a delta. You can also go to 2CoolTek and buy some sonex acoustical foam to line the inside of your case. Lastly, you can replace case fans with Panaflos. Push a lot of air and very quiet.

ok i should say that I've put my PSU fan on 7V instead of 12V so it's very quiet so now it's the CPU fan i hear is it possible to only have a big heatsink instead of the fan i can stop overclock it if that help to get the heat down.

For a 300A I think you can get away with only a heatsink, setting
it back to 300mhz would definitely cool it down a bit.
You might even try lowering the voltage to 1.9 or something.
