Someone... somewhere... nearby, possibly on my street or the next street over is playing a tuba or an oboe or some other sort of horn. I can faintly hear it, sort of like a ringing in your ears after hearing something very loud...

It's getting really obscene! Make it stop! Argh! :|

One of our football board members has a house alarm that constantly beeps, every 30 seconds or so. It drives me crazy when I'm over her house discussing league business. It seems that they are oblivious to it.
