Make folders private in XP *SOLVED*

I understand that this function only works if the drive is in NTFS format. Well I used partition magic and made it from fat32 to ntfs. yet, i still cannot click on "make folders private" under sharing in folder properties. Do I need to do a clean format to NTFS to make it work or what?

I wasn't aware that only folders under my profile could be made private.
