Make a little quieter without heating up?

I have a new I7-2700k system not overclocked in a Corsair 400R enclosure.

The case has two 120mm fans bottom front, and one 120mm fan on bottom of case which are original Corsair fans.

On top there are two Enermax T.B.Silence Red LED 120mm fans. The radiator has two Enermax Marathon Enlobal 120mm fans in push/pull setup.

It is not the noisiest or quietest setup but temps seem good. I assume replacing the front and bottom fans would help the noise without affecting temps too much. The top T.B.Silence fans are supposed to be relatively quiet as are the Enlobal fans.

Is there a better combination here? I am most concerned about the fans for the radiator. Can I get better performance with less noise (or not more noise)? I have extra T.B. Silence and Enlobal fans to play around with but would rather just replace them once with the best choice!

I have 2 of the cougar pwm fans showing up tomorrow. Going to put them as push/pull on my kuhler 620 to see how quiet they are.
