Ummm, in theory. A WAY better thing to do is spend the $7 floppy drive from Worstbuy or CompUSSR on the way home, because a bad video card BIOS flash can brick your card. Also, volt modding is not really the all that great a thing to do, and you won't get that much better of an OC out of the card, plus you will significantly shorten it's life span.

I boot from a CD to flash motherboard BIOS, since I don't have a floppy drive, so I don't see why it wouldn't work for the video card.

I'm not saying it won't work, I just wouldn't be eager to try it.

stevy... it wont shorten the lifespan..im only flashing to 1.5v and i dont live near any computer stores ..except fake media stores that sell some for 20 bucks and i only use it to do this so i dotn want to spend cash...
plus 1st im going to make a backup of the bios and then see if they do work incase i f up my bios ..
soem people are getting amazign results by the volt mod..as long as you have decent cooling, and im gettin a silencer soon

Oookay, well you should, in theory, just be able to take a blank disk, and image the program to it, then boot from it and run it....

It seems like the bios flash program is setup to run of a floppy. If you were a programmer you could fix it, but at this point I vote for buying a freaking floppy drive.
