Make a bootable 98SE CD?

I've got a bit of a problem here...

I have a copy of Win98SE that is not bootable and my IDE card (Promise Ultra100) doesn't support ATAPI devices in DOS. This means that I can't use a bootdisk to start the 98SE setup. My only option is to use a bootable CD.

Is there anyway to make my 98SE cd bootable?

I'm gonna do a dual-boot with XP.

Some of my older games just don't work with XP and I'd like to play them again.

you'll need to extract the win98se image to the hard drive. use any software to rip to ISO or something. you'll prolly have to bust the ISO to copy the contents

head over to http://www.bootdisk.com/bootdisk.htm and dl the 98se boot disk.

from here you can make a boot disk floopy ...
or ..
unzip the image to give you the winb98se.IMA file

open NERO
make a BOOTABLE CD (CD-ROM BOOT)
load all the files you extracted from the 98se disc

burn

open NERO
make a BOOTABLE CD (CD-ROM BOOT)
use a window 98 startup disk as the image of the cd

burn

that ll get u into DOS .... and your cd rom accessible in dos.

After that... install frm the win98 cd.
