Doesn't look hot to me. On a side note, I just got the same phone with the same provider as this deal (t-mobile) from foncentral.com but they "only" give you $50 for taking the phone.

I bought my Samsung E-715 from Intelenet Wireless and they seem to be on the level. I got the first $50 rebate from T-Mobile shortly after I sent it. I'm still waiting on the $100 in rebates that should be coming from Intelenet Wireless, but they said that they wait something like 180 days before sending out the rebate to ensure that you have kept your service.

I didn't have any serious problems with them though. The only thing was it took a while to transfer my phone# from Cingular so I was without a cell phone for about a week. I had my work's Nextel as a backup though, and the quiet was kind of nice. :)

I got 2 phones from A1wireless last year - Nokia 3650 & Sony Ericsson 610 - both on T-Mobile.

A1 Wireless service was fast and I got my rebates from T Mobile and A1 wireless in the stated time without any hassles.

The Nokia 3650 has worked perfectly and has rarely loses a connection. Call quality is good and signal strength is always adequate.

The 610 on the other hand is a piece of rubbish. Had problems with the first instrument they sent out. Wouldn't hold charge for more than 10 minutes. T-Mobile decided the battery was bad so they sent a new battery. Still wouldn't hold charge. So they sent a replacement instrument which, while it holds charge, is useless for pulling in signal. It amazing to have both the phones in the same area (say driving through a remote area or inside a mall) and see the Nokia have full signal and the 610 has none! I'm just waiting for year to be up to get rid of the 610 - prob replace it with a Nokia.

All the bells & & whistles are useless if a phone does not serve its basic function properly - to make and receive calls.

I bought a new cell phone with service (one year contract with T-mobile) from them. As per their advertisement, they promised to send a $50 mail in rebate after ?181 days from the date of Activation?.

I placed my order with them in Sept/Oct 2003. Now that I contacted them after 8 months to check the status of my rebate, I was finally directed to a non-1800 number where I could ultimately speak to a customer service rep. To my surprise, the rude rep told me that my rebate was not valid since I terminated my contract, and instead I could have been charged the cancellation fee. The argument that I was provided was that since T-mobile changed my number, the company no longer gets commission from T-mobile, and hence they would not pay me my rebate. I do have the copies of the rebate form, and it clearly mentions the conditions for the rebates. I have satisfied all those conditions, and none of the information talks about the number change.

I?m extremely disappointed at this practice being carried on by these crooks. It?s very natural that if these guys give a number, which is in an inconvenient area code, the customer will have to have it transferred to the proper area code. Intelenetwireless uses this loophole to rip the customers off their rebate. (Most of the rebates are anyway forgotten by the customers due to the 181-day delay period).

.... Now the case is resting with Ohio Better Business Bureau!

this is a good way to make some money, but this phone gets terrible reception when compared to others, my uncle has a t610 and i have a 3650 both on T-Mo, at both houses i get full service, he gets half at my house, none at the other, even tried putting my chip into his phone to see if that had anything to do with it........ conclusion: an old 8290 u can get off ebay gets better reception, so sell this on ebay for $100 and make $310
