Majority of Americans now support war without UN

As reported by the New York Times, March 11, page 1. According to the New York Times/CBS News poll, 55 percent of Americans support going to war even without Security Council/UN approval.

How come certain individuals on this board who like to quote news stories didn't reference this? Hmmm...

this is good to hear. the quicker we get over there, the sooner we can get started in freeing the country ... and taking france's oil rights.

Not precisely, but he certainly tried to bury it and did not mention it during his oral presentation. He later stated that they were not sure it violated the UN limitation on range (its size almost guarantees that) and also said that it might only be in "development" or something like that -- as if developing a weapon capable of spraying chem or bio agents is acceptable as long as it isn't fielded!

The guy sounds more and more like an apologist every day.
