Hello everyone. I'm currently trying to figure out how much of a performance increase to expect out of a video upgrade. My dad has a P3 500
with a Matrox Millennium G200 16meg card. I'm soon to get my new Radeon 8500
so I have some system swapping to do. My current card in
my main rig is a Radeon LE. I plan on moving this card down to my Classic Athlon 700 system. My Athlon 700 system is currently using a Diamond
V770 regular 32 meg TNT2 card. I was planning on letting my dad have the TNT2 card for his P3 500. I know there will be a performance increase but
I haven't found any major sites or information about how much improvement that he could expect. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance!
P.S. He doesn't game a whole lot but he does occasionally play Serious Sam or Unreal Tournament or some stuff like that.
