Major P4B533-E bios problems

Got a 2.4B C1 (SL6EF) chip yesterday and installed it and it booted without any problems. When I go to the Advanced page in bios it stops however, it doesn't freeze totally as I can reboot with ctrl-alt-delete but I cannot go back to the other pages in bios, it is as if it's frozen. All other options in the bios is accessible though, just when I move to that page it freezes :/
Tried disabling the 3:4 hack and updated to the newest bios (1014E, used 1011E before) but that didn't help either.
Anybody has an idea what i can do? Running a 2.4 C1 at 1800Mhz (default speed of mobo) isn't fun

Clearing the cmos helped, thought updating it would have been enough but no :/ Works fine now, running smoothly at 3Ghz and ddr444 right now
