I just found out that my major is not going to be listed on my diploma. It will just say "Bachelor of Arts". Most universities I've seen do list the major, so I'm wondering why mine doesn't? What kind of stupid ****** is that? Why would they NOT put your major on your diploma? I have read some comments online from students at other schools wondering about this as well.

Yeah same here (I go to UF). Although you get 2 diplomas if you double major. That's really really weird. Are you 100% certain of this? I've never heard of a school that doesn't put the major on the diploma. Where do you go?

Here: http://www.stedwards.edu

I looked around and University of Texas, Michigan and a few others also don't print the major on the diploma.
