Major interview dillema

I don't have glasses to wear either.

Do I still go in for the interview? It's my last and final interview and I need to go in and it would look really bad if I called and said I needed to reschedule due to my irritated eye. But at the same time it would look really bad if I showed up with a red eye, right? What do I do?

i'd just show up. they are professionals, they should be able to look past something like this. go unless it affects your speech.

Just go. They are pros. Just mention you eye is irritated.

Prior to my last job interview, I had oral surgery. My jaw was swollen, bruised (down to my neck), etc.

The first thing my new boss said was:

"What happened? Did you get in a fight?"

😀

I told him I'd just had my wisdom teeth removed.

The lesson from this was:

a) I showed my commitment to the interview by not cancelling even though I was a bit uncomfortable.

b) He earned my respect by asking me flat out why my jaw was messed up.

Why would you not go in for your interview? I mean, I fail to see why you wouldn't. It's not like both of your eyes are bloodshot/red - it's just one eye. Anyone with any common sense would realize that.
