major internet problem

so my internet provider is SHAW . anyways, its been 4 days now, from 1-2 pm to 3 am , i ping veryyy high regardless of what server i play in , and overall internet performance is poor, i called my SHAW 5 times, the 5th time i called the person said you have high speed extreme internet and everything is working perfectly fine. but its not, ive tried everything theyve told me, the guy said it may be a computer issue, but my pings fine at times , so i dont think it can be my motherboard network thing thats broken or anything, in my device manager it says its fine.

200+ ping in a server thats 20 mins away from me..

i even reinstalled my network drivers, and did a full pc scan , in safe mode..

any suggestions 🙁 ?

They highly exaggerate their capacity to assess the quality of the service via their remote computer.

I had the exact story few days ago; they claim that everything is OK but turned out that in my case they needed to replace my modem.

Try a computer directly connected to the Modem.

If it does not work well try another computer.

If the second computer does not work, insist that they come and check the connection at the premise.

You can also try to run a trace program and see where the slow down occurs.

On this trace program, I am getting 0 ping ( All Green ) the entire time, I would assume its internet problem and not mine, since my internet runs perfectly in the middle of the night...
