Is anyone else having trouble getting to several Microsoft websites as well as others like www.sans.org? Does anyone know the cause of the outage?

It seems like there are multiple points of failure as I have seen different tracert "dropoff points" from Roadrunner and my companies network. Maybe the SANS site is just down, but that is huge. (It now seems that the SANS site is backup but it was down for most of the day).
