Major HD problem, please help!~

Okay I run a PIII, XP pro, and overclocked for like 2 hours before this happened (733 to 766). I have 2 HD's, 1 is a NTFS and the other (slave) is a FAT32. After restarting (with no errors) suddenly my FAT32 drive is now in RAW mode (file system). WTF is up with this? PLEASE help me, ALL my info is on that drive~! BTW after finding this problem I promtly brought my CPU back to spec.
