Major error while installing build 5536?

When I get to the "expanding files" part of the Vista 5536 install, it gets to 21%, hangs there for a while, and then I get a BSOD saying that something screwed it up...and it has "MEMORY_MANAGEMENT" on it...

I'm not quite sure what could be causing it. I tried upgrading from build 5472...I used PowerISO to mount and install it (never been a problem before, and I used it because Daemon tools wont install on Vista for me...)

Anyone know anything about this?

I'd burn the iso to DVD and do it that way..

I've never burnt a good copy of any vista install. I've even used multiple programs at 1x.
