Major differences between Gigabyte P55A-UD4P and UD3?

I've already made up my mind to go with an Core i5 750 despite thinking alot about going with AMD. Anyways, I'm not sure which board to get to pair with the i5 750. If I'm on a budget and am adamant with Crossfire, should I stick with the P55A-UD3? I save at least $40 by going with that solution. I'm not convinced that the extra capabilities including SLI on the UD4P is worth the extra money. I'm just looking for a board and RAM combination such as the G.skill Ripjaws to increase the odds that I'll get a 4ghz oc with the i5 750. So what should I do?

Apart from the sata3 and USb 3.0, the biggest difference is when you dual gpu. In the ud3 the second lane is running at only 4x. In the ud4p the two lanes split so that both are running at 8x. 4x I believe shows a speed hit, but not so much in 8x mode. Might need to research that to see if it's significant enough for you.

p55"a"-ud3 has USB 3.0 and SATA III too. all gigabyte boards with the "a" have them.

Apart from that everything Demo24 said.

There are quite a few subtle differences.

UD4P has over the UD3

Firewire
more SATAII ports
better audio
2 ethernet ports
eSATA
