Major Computer Manufacturers Ratings?

Does anybody knows where do they post the major computer manufactures' rating in term of reliability, customer services, pricings, etc..? major computer manufaturers such as: DELL, HP, COMPAQ, ect..
 
PC world rates individual mfg's I think.
If I was to reccomend a specific company for a PC it would probably be Micron (first choice) or possiblly a Dell. I have heard that Dell is turning their tech-support over to a third party so your mileage may vary.
