Even though I've had a (unopened) copy round the house for year, picked it up for pennies from the steam sale and just installed it. An interesting concept, but kinda hard to play when the damn thing crashes so much. I've read that some people solve this by setting cpu affinity after starting, any other ways that's not such a hassle?

Either compatibility mode or xp mode if you're in win7.

Using vista, tried 95/98 compatibility as well as several of the other options in that config and still get periodic program hangs.
