I just had my clutch replaced last couple weeks and got them to check out my maintenance light and they said its a evap leak, Now gas was not put in this vehicle or a period of time and the gas cap was un touched, they checked the gas cap out and it was all the way tight. They turned the light off and now a day later it comes back on, now this time gas was put in the car but i made sure the cap was as tight as it could possibly be

Do i have a bad gas cap? Its seated properly and its seems fine, but my light keeps going back on.

My truck used to do that. I switched the gas cap even.
Ended up being a loose purge/vacuum line of some sort under the hood, I forget, at least thats what the bill said.
They might've bumped something when they were around in there on yours.

I just went back there and they turned it off again, I just hope when i fill up it does not go back on.

Could be a easy fix or hell.

Start with a new gas cap. Old/curent one could be leaking.

After that check the vacuum lines at the engine, esp near the air box. Then check all the fuel lines under the car.

Toyota is bad for having Evap canister or other parts under the car go bad.
