Hi, I'm looking for a mainboard to use in a file server. It does not need to be smokin', but onboard video and audio would be cool. I was thinking of poping in a slot 1 PIII 600EB into it. Or would i have more options going socket 370? What do you think?

**EDIT** No, AMD is not an option. That's my bosses choice.

You would have more options with a socket than a slot. I have an abit SH6, which is the only slot i815 based motherboard. It is great, has onboard video and audio, but it isn't exactly cheap and it can only support up to 512 megs of ram. Via chipsets can support more ram, but I have had problems with them. The asus board in your pos would be another good choice.
