I couldn't find a section to report bugs on www.anandtech.com so this appears to be the closest place I can find.

I know, I know, this is probably a bit of a niggle but on the main site, if you hit refresh, it always goes forward a page and then the Back button is available. By the time you've had the main page open for a few weeks, when you hit and hold Back you find that you have about a thousand entries all saying "AnandTech: Hardware News and Tech Reviews since 1997".

So, fire up a new tab and go to https://www.anandtech.com and now you have a greyed out back button. Hit F5 to refresh the page and it does that but now the Back button is not greyed out and you're one page away from where you started. Hit F5 again and it does the same thing and now you have 2 entries to go backwards to.

Hi there,

Do you have any screenshots or video of this issue you're experiencing? It'll give us a better idea of what you're seeing.

Actually it's even easier to see than I thought. I open a new tab and paste into the urlbar "https://www.anandtech.com/" (no quotes obviously) and hit enter. It displays the page and just as it completes the display of all the page content, the back button on the browser changes from greyed out (disabled) to enabled. If I now hit the dropdown list of the pages that the back button can take me to (using the twisty to one side of the back button), it now has one entry in it for "AnandTech: Hardware News and Tech Reviews since 1997". If I hit F5 to refresh the page, that drop down list of pages to go back to is now 2 deep, both of them the same. Hit F5 again, third entry, identical (repeat until bored).
