and i think everything is plugged in correctly, i have an IWILL KA266-R mobo and i cant get my monitor to turn on. It says "no signal" if anybody could help it would be greatly appreciated.
 
well, do the fans come on? does the power supply come on? do you see lights?

try re-seating the video card.

if that doesn't work, take OUT the video card, and turn the computer on. it should make a bunch of beeps meaning "no video card."
