Main points for a thesis?

Well for english i have a 5 page paper due(in a month so don't jump my balls)...my thesis is as above. Any main points i should discuss or sources i should mention? I'm thinking of going off on the pathetic lawsuits that are always abound, as well as the obesity(ties into the lawsuits) any specific cases worth discussing? Thank you for your time..

_ EDIT: How about i just change the topic to the stupid frivilous lawsuits that abound here. That's pretty specifici but there are a lot out there.

You should mention that stereotypical Americans would jump your balls for making a post like that.

you should make one of your main points be about how people always analyze how much america sucks, but never actually make it around to GTFO of the country.
