Mailing Labels in Access XP

What is the easiest way to create mailing labels (the kind that go on envelopes 😉 ) in Access XP? My dad can't figure it out, and it used to work somehow in Access 97. You went to "Reports" and made a report or something, but that doesn't appear to be doable in XP. Any advice?
