It's post marked when it goes through that sorting machine thingy, which will be tomorrow since today is president's day.
Oops! Get screwed on your rebate eh? Was it for Canon, the 100 dollar job?
If you dropped it at a main office you might get lucky and it will be collected and postmarked by the late shift tonight. If you dropped it in a remote box you might be SOL.
If you get denied I would complain loudly to the rebate clearing house about the date it was mailed. But of course that was probably by design to bust the last minute filers.
Why don't you people send your rebates out within a few days of purchase?
Because they're the people we can count on to keep companies offering rebates to snag people like this?
hah no, for that i woulda gotten some kind of delivery confirmation. it was for a gq dvd-r rebate, handed the rebate to the guy emptying the drop box at the post office..so i guess there might be hope. i dunno just more hassle down the line.
