Mail Order Bride Misery

Why would rich, successful, good looking guys use an internet bride service unless there was something seriously wrong with them? They'd probably be much happier if they went for the hideous ATOTer types 🙂

The tables are completley turned on womanizing in this country and I hold the female empowerment movement responsible for spawning a generation of the most inconsiderate, self centered b!tch women to ever walk this planet. Yeah, there are some nice girls out there, but the vast majority of them.... :|

I don't blame any guy for considering a service like that when he's tired of being treated like sh!t for showing compassion and actually giving a sh!t about the women in his life. You act like that around american women and they simply learn to exploit it.

I always thought that that traditionally, women raised the children while the men provided for the family/worked the farm. So, I never saw how the "We're a generation of men raised by women." applied.

Maybe if they said "We're a generation of men raised without fathers" it would be more accurate.
 
Anyone see CSI last night? That's what the show was about - they found two women encased in tar in an area where new houses were being built. Turns out the one was a mail order bride (and the other one was too - but it wasnt a main plot line) and her american husband beat her to death. They went to his house and all the cupboards were padlocked shut along with the fridge - so his new imported (asian this time) bride couldn't eat without him feeding her.

 
well i guess if you're a corporate climber junkie that lets a company move you every few years...and still want a wife that'll follow u.. its an option.

you're probably twenty years older than I. Us younger folk were raised to be empathetic and sensitive to other people's feelings. We were told it would make us better people. Women see that and sh!t all over us... or at least me 😉

acemcmac, I agree with you 100%.

At this point in time, I see myself either never marrying or marrying a girl from another country.

Even if I do marry, I'll make sure a pre-nup is drawn up so I don't get f%@ed when she cheats on me with another man and I still have to split my assets AND my future income to support her ass w/ a live in boyfriend.

I'm single, never married but have heard too many horror stories. Most American men have no idea what else is out there. Travel a bit around the world and open your eyes.

I think it's outrageous. It only encourages these mail order brides to marry Americans and then accuse them of abuse, and take advantage of our immigration and legal systems. Then they get the money and the green card, and the American man gets his heart and wallet broken, and called an abuser.
