I had a great interview yesterday and i am wanting to send Thank You notes to all those I interviewed with but the problem is this:
I have a second interview scheduled for Monday at 2:30pm so i am worried if I send them regular mail, they will not get there in time of me seeing them again.
However, I know reg. mail is the most formal and I also know that e-mail is acceptable, I am not sure what the best thing to do would be.

I checked online but really never found anything.

So... Do i send them snail mail and have them get them after my 2nd interview or do i e-mail them and not be as formal, but they will get the ASAP?

Please, i could really use your input! 🙂

When I interviewed for my current job, I was advised to do both to cover my bases. I think a lot of it has to do with getting a feel for the organization. Some engineering companies didn't want me to have individual employee's contact info because they didn't want to be distracted. I believe that was a case where I was not to send a thank you letter. On the other hand, for a professional services company, everbody handed me their card so it was clear that it was appropriate and I believe it was well-received that I sent a real letter as well as email from my conversations with the interviewers afterwards.

Don't send anything if you already have a second interview lined up. I would thank them all in person when I saw them again. Then send your email or whatever after that day.

Good advice.

Don't you feel weird when you thank someone twice for basically the same thing? I mean, it's like a broken record. "Thank you. Oh, heh, thanks again. Uh, thank you?"

thank you for your imput. I will thank them again then on monday then send a thank you card at that point!
